Job Summary:
As an Assistant Waiter, you will support the service team in creating a smooth, elegant, and joyful dining experience. You’ll be working side by side with experienced waiters and floor managers, ensuring that tables are set perfectly, guests’ needs are anticipated, and every moment feels seamless.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow within a high-end hospitality environment and understands the importance of precision, speed, and care.
You will also take part in selected off-site events, such as private parties and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare tables before service (setup, polishing, alignment)
Support waiters in serving food and beverages promptly and correctly
Clear plates and reset tables efficiently while maintaining discretion
Assist with beverage service when required
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout the shift
Assist in preparing for and supporting birthday parties or family events
Participate in off-site events and catering activations when needed
Respond quickly to guest needs with a positive, guest-first attitude
Collaborate closely with the service, kitchen, and host teams
Follow Ribambelle service standards with professionalism and consistency
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
Basic English communication; Russian is a plus
Well-groomed appearance and good personal hygiene
Fast, organized, and detail-oriented with a team-focused mindset
Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working around children and in a family-focused setting
Ability to work on weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule
Desire to grow into more senior service positions over time
