About the Role
VaultsPay is seeking a motivated and strategic Associate Product Manager to join our Product team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital payments, particularly card issuance, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about launching innovative financial products.
Major Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify card issuance trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and project execution
- Assist in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for new and existing card products
- Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and portfolio performance to uncover growth opportunities
- Prepare and execute product Go-to-Market strategies
- Support lifecycle initiatives such as card activation, usage campaigns, rewards, and customer retention programs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the payments industry (preferably in card issuance)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, flexible, and proactive mindset
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to product success
