- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders.
- Handle general email correspondence and office administrative tasks.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
- Assist with basic data entry and filing.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Gender : Female (Preferably)
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Language Skills : Must be fluent in English ,French & Arabic(both spoken & written) .
- Experience : Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus. Hospitality experience is preferred .
