Job Description
What's On Your Plate?
- Assist with the details that bring brands to life, from building menus to supporting marketing and growth strategies.
- Track key performance metrics and help generate recurring reports and dashboards to guide brand and operational decisions.
- Launch promotions and coordinate timelines to ensure every campaign goes live smoothly and delivers impact.
- Get hands-on with numbers by helping track budgets and ensuring spend stays aligned with allocations.
- Support brand pitches by preparing insights, articulating the value proposition, and explaining commercials that showcase why a concept deserves to launch.
- Keep an eye on basic P&L metrics — such as sales, margins, and costs — to help optimize performance and profitability.
- Help manage timelines, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects running efficiently.
- Gradually take ownership of specific brands or processes within the Incubator as your experience and confidence grow.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
- 1–2 years of experience in an F&B, e-commerce, or marketing operations support role.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail - you’re comfortable managing multiple workflows.
- Analytical mindset — confident with Excel, dashboards, and basic data tools.
- Excellent communicator and a quick learner with a growth mindset.
- Bonus: Interest in virtual brands, food, or start-up environments.
