Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain records of a variety of training programs by keeping records of attendance, training requests, evaluations and post-training evaluations.
- Provide periodic reports and matrices regarding training activities.
- Monitor the yearly training calendar and prepare the training announcements accordingly.
- Update the training master tracking list continuously.
- Notify the relevant manager before any change or update in the yearly training calendar.
- Contribute to the development of training systems and strategies.
- Facilitate required logistics for any internal training.
- Organise and conduct orientations (new joiners, work placement, etc.).
- Develop flowcharts, work instructions, checklists and action plans of company training activities.
- Submit weekly status and monthly reports.
- Ensure all training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.
- Ensure that all internal training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.
- Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
- Ensure all property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
- Support other members of Corporate HR in fulfilling their roles.
- Perform other duties as required by the Director, Human Resources.
Experience and Education :
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required, or Equivalent years of Experiences in the same field
- A minimum of five to six years of experience in HR training related activities is required.
- Excellent organisational and strong interpersonal skills are an advantage.
Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise and multi-task is preferred.
- ability to work well under pressure while interacting effectively with all levels of employee.
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and HR software is preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required. Arabic is an advantage.
- Must have valid UAE driver’s license.
