Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our ATM & Cash Management operations, overseeing off-site and branch ATMs, CCDMs, and cash handling units. The role involves managing cash vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving process efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ATM/CCDM operations, cash forecasting, and replenishment
- Manage ATM vendors for cash handling and maintenance
- Resolve ATM-related disputes and customer complaints
- Reconcile GLs and ensure accurate transaction posting
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digitization
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank guidelines and audit standards
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
- Maintain MIS and reporting dashboards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ATM & cash operations, GL reconciliation
- Experience in vendor & people management
- Proficiency in MS Office & MIS reporting
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit requirements
Qualification: Graduate degree (Banking/Finance preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
Experience:
- ATM operations and reconciliation: 10 years (Required)
- Banking Reconciliation and General Ledger Management: 5 years (Required)
- GL accounting for ATM/CCDM transactions : 5 years (Required)
