Audit Associate
Location : Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate (Entry Level) to join our dynamic audit and assurance team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate or a professional with up to 1 year of UAE experience in external audit and possess a strong foundation in IFRS and ISA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Perform substantive testing, walkthroughs, and audit documentation
- Analyse financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and material misstatements
- Assist in preparing audit reports and management letters
- Communicate audit findings with team leads and clients professionally
- Stay updated on changes in IFRS and audit standards
- Support senior team members in various audit and advisory assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of audit experience in the UAE are welcome
- Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines
