Job Summary:
The Auto Spare Parts Executive is responsible for the efficient handling, procurement, inventory management, and sales of automotive spare parts. This role ensures customer satisfaction through timely delivery, accurate parts identification, and effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on vehicle models and customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, email) regarding parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, ERP).
- Order spare parts from approved suppliers or manufacturers in line with stock requirements.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of spare parts to service departments or customers.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers and service advisors.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs.
- Manage returns, warranties, and defective parts in line with company policies.
- Stay updated on new product lines, vehicle models, and parts catalogs.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports as required.
