Responsibilities
- Develop and produce technical drawings and plans using designing software tools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders on project designs.
- Review design concepts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Interpret project requirements and provide accurate construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits for data acquisition and assessment to inform design creation.
- Provide revisions and updates to drawings based on client feedback or project changes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and documentation for all design projects.
- Ensure that design outputs meet project deadlines and quality standards consistently.
- Stay updated with advancements in AutoCAD tools and technical design technologies.
- Assist in cost estimation processes by providing detailed technical specifications.
- Support the project team with technical guidance and problem resolution skills.
- Manage multiple design projects effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in interior fit-out.
- Proven experience and proficiency in using software's like (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop) .
- Strong understanding of design principles and technical drawing standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Experience with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
