Urgently hiring for a Document Controller with interior fit-out industry experience, especially in based Dubai experience,
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage and organize project documentation (drawings, submittals, contracts, MIRs, IRs)
- Ensure version control and timely distribution of documents
- Use platforms like Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint for document tracking
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with UAE documentation standard
- Required Skills & Experience-
- 3–5+ years of experience in document control, ideally in interior fit-out or construction
- Proficiency in MS Office, PDF editors, and EDMS platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with UAE project documentation protocols
- Engineering or administrative background is often preferred
- Only Interior Fit out Experience, UAE based candidate & Immediate Joiner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
