We are looking for an AutoCAD Draughtsman with Fit-Out experience (civil and Joinery)
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing shop drawings for Civil / architectural / joinery drawings.
- Preparing the detailed tender package drawings.
- Preparation of Various presentation drawings for meeting as per the requirement of Clients.
- Preparing Authority approval drawings for Building Management, DM, DDA, DCD, Trakhees, Dewa etc.
- Preparing Interior design detail drawings for execution.
- Preparing as Built drawings.
- Preparing Joinery requirements for Bespoke items.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Autocad draftsman, preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent technical skills in drafting, drawing production, and detailing.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations and standards is preferred.
