We are a dynamic interior design and joinery firm based in Umm Al Quwain, specializing in high-quality bespoke joinery and fit-out projects across the UAE. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As a Joinery Draftsman, you will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings and production drawings for custom-made joinery works such as wardrobes, kitchens, doors, reception counters, wall claddings, and other interior elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings using AutoCAD based on project specifications and design concepts.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and in line with production requirements.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and site teams to ensure drawing feasibility and compliance.
- Modify and update drawings based on client feedback or site conditions.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines and ensure quality output.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in joinery drafting within the UAE or GCC.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of joinery materials, hardware, and production methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.
