We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Electrician to join a leading company in Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical and electronic systems of various vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle electronics, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles, including wiring, lighting, ignition, alternators, and electronic control systems
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical accessories (e.g., GPS units, alarms, infotainment systems)
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Use diagnostic tools to test electrical systems and components
- Inspect and test batteries, starters, and charging systems
- Replace or repair defective electrical wiring, fuses, and switches
- Calibrate sensors and control modules (e.g., ABS, airbag, engine control)
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or vocational training in automotive electrical systems or a related field
- Proven experience as an automotive electrician (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of modern vehicle electrical systems, both 12V and 24V
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and multimeters
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and electrical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
