We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be the main link between customers and the workshop, ensuring that all service and repair needs are handled smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Open job cards and record service requirements accurately.
- Explain recommended services, repairs, and associated costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
- Provide regular updates to customers on their vehicle status.
- Ensure on-time vehicle delivery with complete documentation.
- Handle billing, payment, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, service management software).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
