Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Supervisor to oversee daily garage operations, manage technicians, and ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate workshop activities and staff
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles
- Monitor workflow, job allocation, and timely delivery of vehicles
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Handle job cards, service reports, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor in the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of German & European vehicles
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- UAE driving license preferred
