We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented B2B Sales Executive with a passion for high-performance selling, strong networking capabilities, and a deep understanding of corporate sales cycles.
Position Summary
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing business clients across industries including hospitality, events, logistics, and travel. The ideal candidate will possess a consultative selling approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals with key corporate stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Development
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through cold outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
- Present tailored limousine and executive transportation services to procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to build recurring revenue streams.
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Odoo, or Zoho.
- Track key metrics: lead conversion rates, revenue per client, and deal velocity.
Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Create professional proposals and quotations that reflect client needs and budget.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policy and UAE regulations.
Client Servicing & Upselling
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Identify upselling opportunities such as fleet upgrades, additional routes, or premium chauffeur services.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales approach.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and new business development.
- Provide strategic insights to management for improving product offerings and client targeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of solid B2B sales experience within transportation, hospitality, travel, logistics, or service industries in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of corporate procurement processes and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
