Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR), Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and prior experience in outbound calling—ideally in industries such as insurance, banking, or credit card sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company
- Clearly explain products and services to generate interest
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads
- Consistently meet or exceed calling and appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining motivation
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
