B2B Sales officer should drive business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and increasing sales. He/She should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Achievement of assigned sales target.
- Identify and pursuing new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Guarantee clients retention.
- Deliver professional presentations and negotiate contracts. Finalizing agreements and collecting new orders.
- Expand the client’s product portfolio and increase the average customer transaction value.
- Manage and reduce overdue payments.
- Keep sales records and update Kan-ban boards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and securing new business.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Kanban).
- UAE Driving license is a must.
- Russian Language Required.
