We are seeking a dedicated and experienced babysitter/nanny to join Nurseco Home Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with Newborns: At least 1 years of hands-on experience caring for newborns is essential.
- Location Experience: Prior experience working in Dubai or other home healthcare settings within the UAE.
- Skills and Qualities:
- A nurturing and caring personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage and bond with infants.
- Knowledge of basic baby care practices and safety.
- Patience and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving care to our newborn.
- Ensure the baby's safety at all times.
- Manage feeding, diapering, and sleeping routines.
- Engage in developmental activities appropriate for the baby's age.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the baby.
- Communicate regularly with parents about the baby's progress and any concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, supported by references.
- Knowledge of infant nutrition, hygiene, and first aid.
- Flexibility with working hours, including potential evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
