- Preparing dough according to approved recipes and standards.
- Operating the oven (tandoor / stone / electric) and adjusting its temperature.
- Baking various types of bread (Arabic, Lebanese, tandoor, saj, etc.).
- Monitoring bread quality and ensuring it is served fresh and hot.
- Cleaning the oven and work area daily.
- Maintaining baking tools and handling them safely.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
