We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Credit Card Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of direct experience in banking or financial product sales, specifically credit cards. You will be responsible for sourcing new customers, explaining product benefits, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell banking credit cards to individual customers through direct sales.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly to customers.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure all applications are accurate, complete, and submitted with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the processing/back-office team for timely application submission and activation.
- Attend regular training sessions and product updates.
