To establish sales objectives by developing key geographical areas, segments, and industries. This role would involve managing large team’s product lines. To plan, direct, strategize and deliver the sales targets for the area/segment under management
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Maintains budgeted head count for the region by active attrition management, timely recruitments, training, and engaging employees.
- Responsible for maintenance of productivity levels & results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with NTB relationships to enhance the cross sell opportunities.
- To achieve monthly sales targets of various business banking products by driving the teams & individuals of a given region towards their assigned KPIs.
- Identify and develop opportunities to maximize penetration in key organizations in assigned region.
- Ensure FOS achieves all KPI and KPA standards through the FOS assigned by monitoring phone calls and face-to-face visits besides monthly financial targets.
- Identify training needs of the staffs and arrange for appropriate training programs in liaison with MLS.
- Ensure FOS are conducting micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing activities.
- Review MIS identify opportunities of growth, sales trends & maintain effective performance management standards.
- Ensure FOS drive participation through all team activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
- To keep abreast with the market dynamics and share learnings with Head of sales for areas of Improvement and concerns.
- Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy.
- Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written
- Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking.
Graduate, preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing with 8-10 years banking sales experience
