The Bar Supervisor ensures smooth daily bar operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences with premium beverages and service in line with luxury hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise bartenders and bar staff to maintain high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Support in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and cost control.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with F&B team to design signature cocktails and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3+ years’ bar experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in luxury hotels or fine dining.
- Strong mixology knowledge and customer service skills.
- Leadership ability with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
