Barista – Dlish Café (Dubai, UAE)
Dlish Café is looking for talented and passionate Baristas to join our team across our branches in Al Quoz, DIFC, and Khawaneej.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages with consistency and high quality
- Master latte art and ensure excellent presentation of drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in specialty coffee
- Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately (preferred)
