Immediate requirement for Barista experienced in all types of COFFEE making, machine calibration. 2 years of UAE experience required. High levels of customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.
- Ensure all drinks are made and served as per standard
- Support team throughout shift to ensure delivery of service standard
- Identify any gaps in training and undertake any training as required
- To undertake daily Health & Safety and Food Safety checks, reporting and actioning any issues as required
- To brief and communicate with Manager if any changes are needed in service or brand standards
- To deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards.
- To produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes.
- To produce & present all food to brand standards.
- To sell & demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries & suggesting products to the customer as part of the ordering process. Act on the initiative to optimize sales to the customer.
