We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming and clean café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner; take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Maintain product knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Ensure proper presentation of drinks and pastries, focusing on quality and consistency.
- Handle payments accurately and operate the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, coffee machines, equipment, and café seating area.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory checks, stocking supplies, and restocking as needed.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals and ensure smooth café operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous barista or café experience (preferred but not required).
- Passion for coffee, beverages, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
