Player Development:
Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual players and teams.
Conduct skill assessments to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and areas for specialized training.
Provide technical instruction, demonstrations, and feedback to help players refine their fundamental skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and teamwork.
Team Coaching:
Lead practice sessions, drills, and scrimmages to enhance players' tactical understanding, decision-making abilities, and teamwork.
Develop game strategies, offensive and defensive plays, and game plans to maximize team performance and competitiveness.
Instill discipline, commitment, and sportsmanship among players, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, respect, and fair play.
Player Evaluation and Feedback:
Monitor and evaluate player progress and performance during practices, games, and competitions.
Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to help players reach their full potential and overcome challenges.
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to communicate player development goals, progress, and areas for improvement.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Serve as a role model and mentor for players, inspiring them to set and achieve personal and team goals both on and off the court.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes camaraderie, respect, and mutual support.
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and dedication to excellence in coaching and leadership.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to AED100.00 per hour
