We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Basketball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching the fundamentals of basketball and inspiring players to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct basketball training sessions for various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Monitor and assess player progress, providing support as needed.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall program.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the youth or high school level.
- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
