Position Summary:
As a DHA Licensed Beauty Therapist at Wellheal Wellness Clinic, you will be an integral part of our aesthetics division, providing high-quality, personalized beauty and skincare services in a wellness focused environment. You will offer a range of face and body therapies while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, client care, and regulatory compliance. Your role is not only to enhance outer beauty but also to support clients in achieving long term dermal vitality and overall aesthetic well-being through thoughtful, safe, and effective treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations, assess skin types, and recommend tailored treatments
- Deliver facials, wraps, exfoliation, hair removal, and device-based therapies (LED, RF, ultrasonic, etc.)
- Maintain detailed records and ensure post-treatment follow-ups
- Adhere to DHA hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols
- Educate clients on skincare, post-care, and product usage
- Coordinate with physicians and refer medically complex cases appropriately
- Support product retail and stay updated with beauty trends
- Collaborate with wellness teams and contribute to integrated care plans
Requirements:
- Valid DHA license as Beauty Therapist (mandatory)
- Diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years experience in clinical or luxury spa settings in Dubai
- Expertise in skin physiology, contraindications, and aesthetic equipment use
- Professional grooming and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Arabic is an advantage
