Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Bike Driver (Messenger) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering packages and documents promptly and professionally across designated locations. This role requires strong knowledge of local routes, excellent time management, and good communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Package Delivery: Deliver parcels, packages, and documents safely and on time to assigned destinations.
- Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally and courteously to ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Bike Maintenance: Conduct daily checks and ensure the delivery bike remains in good working condition; report any issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including recipient confirmations and delivery logs.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all road safety rules and company safety protocols during deliveries.
- Team Coordination: Communicate with the operations team to manage schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar delivery or bike driver role.
- License: Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically fit and capable of handling long hours of driving and package handling.
- Strong focus on customer service and professionalism.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
