Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Bike Driver (Messenger) to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and professional delivery of packages and documents across various locations. This role demands a self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills and excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages, documents, and parcels safely and punctually to designated locations.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, adhering to traffic laws.
- Provide courteous and professional service during all customer interactions.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the delivery bike and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including receipts and confirmations.
- Comply with all road safety rules and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate delivery schedules.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in bike delivery or a similar role.
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic laws.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit for long driving hours and light package handling.
- Friendly and professional attitude towards customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in courier, delivery, or logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
