We are looking for a responsible and energetic Bike POC to join our team.
The candidate will be the main point of contact for bike riders, handling coordination, supervision, and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise bike riders.
- Assign routes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain communication between management and riders.
- Handle queries, complaints, and resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor performance and report to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in delivery service is a must.
- Experience in coordination/supervision preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple riders.
- Basic knowledge of routes and areas.
