Their duties include route planning, package handling, customer interaction, and maintaining their bicycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery:Transporting items (documents, packages, food, etc.) to customers or other businesses efficiently and on time.
- Route Planning:Determining the most efficient routes to minimize delivery time and avoid traffic congestion.
- Customer Interaction:Providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving any delivery issues.
- Package Handling:Ensuring packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
- Safety and Maintenance:Adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, performing regular bike maintenance, and reporting any issues.
