bout the Role
We’re looking for a Bilingual Marketing Specialist who brings both creative energy and a knack for organization. You’ll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that span multiple languages and cultures, while ensuring collaboration flows smoothly across internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns in French, Arabic, and English
- Localize content (web, email, social media, and paid ads) for target regions
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across marketing, content, and design teams
- Manage regional social media accounts and community interactions
- Conduct market research to inform campaign messaging and strategy
- Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance and KPIs
- Support team communication, meeting scheduling, and project follow-ups
Requirements
- Fluent in French, Arabic, and English (written and spoken) – required
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with MENA and Francophone cultural and digital trends
- Comfortable working across teams and handling multiple projects at once
