As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for relentless, high-energy telesales talent to be the front line of our growth engine.
Role Overview
You’ll be the voice that introduces OMA to the market—power-dialing, prospecting, and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Managers to convert. Your mission is simple: build the pipeline.
This is not a "call and hope" job. This is a high-velocity sales role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, handling rejection, and bringing energy to every dial.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively call a high volume of UAE-based business prospects daily (80+ dials/day).
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments for Account Managers.
- Follow a proven call script but adapt with natural, conversational style.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and status.
- Work closely with Account Managers to align lead quality and feedback.
- Collaborate on improving scripts, objection handling, and prospecting tactics.
- Participate in daily standups, call coaching, and energy-boost sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of outbound telesales or cold calling experience (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or B2B).
- Fearless communicator—you love the phone, not afraid of rejection, and always bounce back.
- Results-driven with a hunter mentality and an obsession with targets.
- Energetic, coachable, and disciplined, even when unsupervised.
- Fluent English (Arabic a plus but not required).
- UAE experience is ideal but not mandatory.
