About the Role
We are seeking a BIM Architect with 3–4+ years of proven experience in the AEC industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in BIM processes, passionate about design and coordination, and able to deliver high-quality models and documentation.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across disciplines.
- Ensure project deliverables meet design and construction requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain project standards.
- Support the implementation of BIM execution plans and workflows.
- Assist in resolving design and coordination issues using BIM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field).
- 3–4+ years of professional experience as a BIM Architect.
- Strong knowledge of Revit and other BIM-related software.
- Good understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to join immediately or on short notice (preferred).
