- Develop and update 3D mechanical BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems) in line with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate MEP shop drawings from BIM models for submission and approval.
- Ensure clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines using BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Revit).
- Maintain compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ISO 19650 standards, and company protocols.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and details from BIM models to support project planning and procurement.
- Support engineers by providing accurate and coordinated design documentation.
