Position Overview
We are looking for experienced BIM Architects, Modellers, or Designers to work onsite in Dubai. This role is for professionals with solid hands-on experience in BIM workflows, who can deliver detailed models up to LOD 400 using Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver accurate BIM models up to LOD 400
- Use Autodesk Revit for modelling and documentation
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Automate tasks and workflows using Dynamo or similar tools
- Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and international standards (e.g., ISO 19650)
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
- Prepare clear construction drawings and documentation
- Join project meetings and resolve design issues with teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of practical BIM experience
- Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo
- Strong understanding of LOD 400 project delivery
- Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or similar)
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) like BIM 360
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be based in UAE or ready to relocate immediately
- Must be available to join immediately
