**Job Description:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and manage all important documents for projects and ensure that they are easily accessible and stored securely.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows the standards and processes set by the company.
- Control the distribution of documents, ensuring that all project documentation is distributed to the relevant parties and received in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the project document control system, ensuring that all documents are properly logged, tracked, and updated.
- Coordinate with project teams and other departments to ensure that documentation requirements are met and that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all document control procedures and requirements.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Document Controller in building projects.
- Prior experience in an engineering consultancy environment is preferred.
- Proficient in document control software and systems, including Aconex and other Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
