Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join our multidisciplinary consultancy firm. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in Civil, Architectural, and MEP consultancy, with strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation and management across various design and construction stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM implementation across civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, processes, and protocols.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM workflows are adhered to and deliverables are aligned.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and model reviews using tools like Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Train, support, and guide design teams in using BIM tools and best practices.
- Review and audit models for quality control and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other consultants for smooth BIM integration.
- Prepare and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of BIM models and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or MEP-related disciplines.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related tools.
- Experience working on large-scale mixed-use, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Civil, Architecture, and MEP consultancy experience is mandatory.
- Salary: AED 20,000 per month (all-inclusive).
- Candidates must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
