Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team in Dubai. The candidate should have strong experience in developing architectural and multidisciplinary models using Revit and other BIM software, with a thorough understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes. The role involves producing coordinated and clash-free models, supporting design and construction teams, and ensuring data-rich models for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate 3D BIM models using Revit and other Autodesk tools for architecture, structure, and MEP .
- Develop and manage BIM content, families, and templates in alignment with company and project standards.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, coordinated shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure all models comply with Dubai Municipality, requirements and BIM standards.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar software and assist in resolving coordination issues.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and design integrity.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to model updates during design and construction phases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
