Key Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain 3D models using Revit.
· Develop accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and structures.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members.
· Identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design/shop drawings phase.
· Perform clash detection and resolve clashes in the model.
· Extract data from the model for quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Revit Modeler in a UAE consultancy firm.
· Proficiency in Revit software and other relevant design tools.
· Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, FF and Medical Gas, ELV/electrical systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
