We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Revit Expert) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM processes and Revit software. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing detailed 3D models, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and ensuring compliance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free models.
- Prepare and manage construction drawings, details, and documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications.
- Support BIM Coordinator/Manager in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
- Generate schedules, material take-offs, and quantity extractions from Revit models.
- Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Revit/Navisworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM and Revit modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
- Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or equivalent).
- Experience in clash detection tools (Navisworks/other BIM software).
- Ability to create families, templates, and parametric components in Revit.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, or other BIM tools.
- Experience in LOD 300–500 models.
- Previous work on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure).
