Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Bobcat skid-steer loader as per instructions to assist with earthmoving, backfilling, loading/unloading, and material transportation.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance (oil, hydraulic fluid, tire pressure, etc.).
- Ensure the Bobcat is clean, safe, and in good working condition at all times.
- Follow site safety regulations and guidelines strictly.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and follow work instructions.
- Maintain daily logbook of machine usage, fuel records, and breakdowns if any.
- Report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately to the maintenance or safety team.
- Assist in site cleanup, leveling, and minor grading tasks as instructed.
- Load and unload materials or debris to support site operations.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Operate the machine within confined spaces, tight access areas, and congested zones.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bobcat Operator in the construction or contracting industry.
- Valid operating license for skid-steer loaders or relevant RTA/municipality license (UAE or applicable region).
- Knowledge of equipment safety standards and site safety protocols.
- Ability to read site markings and follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
- Physically fit and capable of working in hot and dusty environments.
- Flexible to work overtime or shift work when required.
