- Support daily kitchen operations and assist with inventory management.
- Supervise food and beverage dispatch to the service team.
- Coordinate and oversee the BOH and cleaning team to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist Sales and Entertainment teams with preparation for internal and off-site events.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Help implement food safety protocols and assist in staff onboarding.
