Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming booking requests through online platforms (website, apps, email, social media, etc.).
- Confirm bookings with customers and update them in the reservation system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as operations or service team) to manage booking capacities.
- Follow up with customers for confirmations, cancellations, or rescheduling.
- Resolve booking-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate data entry of all bookings and customer information.
- Monitor online booking platforms to ensure availability and accurate information is displayed.
- Maintain proper records and generate daily/weekly booking reports.
- Assist in improving the online booking experience by providing feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in reservations, front desk, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Comfortable using online booking systems, Excel, and email.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
