Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operator to handle a variety of heavy machinery used in construction, excavation, roadwork, or other industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, or graders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction or job sites.
- Inspect, maintain, and report equipment condition before and after use.
- Follow project plans and directions from supervisors to complete tasks.
- Load and unload materials and machinery as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist crew members in other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator.
- Valid operator certification/license, if required.
- Familiarity with various types of machinery (e.g., excavators, skid steers, backhoes).
- Ability to read plans or blueprints (a plus).
- Strong understanding of safety procedures.
- Physical stamina and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
