Join our premium fitness club in the heart of Dubai and become part of a professional, inspiring, and energetic team. We are looking for skilled martial arts and functional training coaches who are ready to work with children from 4 years old, as well as clients of all ages and fitness levels. Your role will include delivering both dynamic group classes and personalized one-on-one training sessions, ensuring every client experiences exceptional service and results.
Who We’re Looking For:
— Professionals with at least 3 years of proven experience in the fitness industry
— Honest, clean, and open-minded individuals with a passion for helping others succeed
— Motivated coaches eager to grow, improve, and earn well
— Confident English speakers (B1 level or higher)
What We Offer:
— Base salary starting from AED 5,000 per month
— 30% commission on every personal training session
— Premium-level work environment with top-class facilities and clients
— Fixed working hours:
- Monday to Friday — 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Saturday — 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- — Sunday off
A one-month probationary period, upon the completion of which a mutual decision will be made regarding the continuation or termination of the cooperation.
