Responsibilities:
- To manage team and provide effective guidance. Also, will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- MEP Supervisor should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
- They must but not limited to in-depth knowledge of MEP equipment and elements.
- Integrate and communicate effectively with other technical staff as required.
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
- Perform audits over the task or job completion meeting the standards
- Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources.
- Oversees and carries out maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
- Aware of MEP system sequence of operation, standard operating procedures.
Mindful of building fire cause & effect interface with MEP system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
