Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our immigration consultancy branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team, managing client relations, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations and staff performance
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of consultants and administrative personnel
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients applying for various visa categories (work, student, PR, etc.)
- Manage client inquiries, escalations, and resolve issues efficiently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets
- Monitor application processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations
- Coordinate with the head office and legal/processing departments for case updates
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and performance records
- Implement company policies and procedures across the branch
- Represent the branch in meetings, seminars, and public relations events when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
